Therapies

No matter which therapy you end up using to help your problems, the results are guaranteed after the first few necessary treatments. Both of these therapies have been studied by professionals and now people have perfected their methods to a level where they can show results after the first session.

Suggestion therapy

Usually used for the simpler problems such as stress relief, smoking, nail-biting, pre-exam nerves, boosting confidence, and relaxation. In most of these cases, having one or two sessions of this therapy is enough. However, in some rare cases, the patient will need more after some time.

Analytical therapy

Used to help patients discover the causes of emotional and psychological problems. Analytical therapy or Hypno-Analysis takes longer, usually over a period of a few weeks, with weekly sessions of approximately one to one and a half hours per session. Both therapies can be used during the course of treatment.
